Bill Vargo at Diehl in Moon was awesome. He helped our son purchase his first brand New car (2020 Jeep Compass) and then helped my husband and I Lease a 2020 Jeep Cherokee. Overall satisfied with the salesman Tom. He was very friendly. There are a few things that seemed off to me. As a brand new vehicle purchase, I would think the car would have been detailed in and out. There was dirt scuffs on the interior, there were still wrappers of some sorts in the center console, the exterior "detail" job was sub par at best. Also, they gave me a new car 1/2 full. Which in my history of purchasing vehicles, it was always sent out with a full tank of gas and fully detailed.One last thing which is partially my fault for not checking. They didn't send me out with the second key. So, now I have to make a special trip to the dealership to get the second key. It wasn't the best experience, but Tom made it worth sending business back that way.
