I had a great experience at this dealership over the weekend. I had already leased a Jeep here a couple of years ago, so we decided to check it out again since my boyfriend was on the market for a new car. James Richey is the sales rep who helped us initially, with support from John and Ryan when it came to financing/paperwork. This team made us feel extremely comfortable and confident in our big purchase, which could’ve easily been a stressful and intimidating experience for a young adult. Prior to coming here, we had browsed a couple of other places where the vibes were just off. We were overwhelmed with aggressive sales pitches and even reps sneakily gathering personal info to run credit before we’d even looked at a car. The experience at Diehl of Moon was night and day from that. At the end of the day, people buy from people and I’m already planning to come back to this team for a third time at the end of my lease.
