We were looking for a specific truck that my husband wanted. We found it here at this dealership, four hours away from us. We made the trip and loved the truck. There was a small Issue with it and we really wanted to take the truck Home. They kept the truck put all new parts on it And they took our truck that we drove up there to the gas station and filled it up for us. And they delivered the truck to us so we wouldn’t have to make the 4 hour drive again. Excellent, excellent service and Wonderful people.

Real people that listen to you, I had a issue with my 2018 Ram 1500 Big Horn that any experienced mechanic would say that can be happening with the year and 6780 mile on it. Mark the service manager and Ben the shop foreman listen to me and investigated the problem. The results were a warranty repair that would take 12 hours of labor and parts. The mechanic (Jaryl) did an excellent job. He removed the entire dash and center console with no damage and no dirty paw prints anywhere. I would recommend Diehl in Moon Twp. for your automotive service department. Finally a group of people that listen to you and go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of.
