Nicole test drove my vehicle before calculating its value. She was very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable of my vehicle. I trusted her extensive expertise and was 100% satisfied that I received a fair price for my car. Five star experience.

Bill Zivic is the man! He worked with me to find a car that I actually wanted and got me the best price available. He was incredibly kind and genuine. Buying a car is a stressful, long process, and he was a great guy to spend an afternoon with. The dealership treated me well and got me out of there relatively quickly.

We went to this dealership to look at a van. When we went in, Mitch greeted us and took our information. He hunted down the van for us but unfortunately it wasn’t at the dealership yet. Mitch was great and managed to get the van to the dealership but unfortunately he was off the next few days of the process. Brandon stepped in and helped us the rest of the way. Brandon was fantastic! He did the test drive and helped process all the paperwork from start to finish. Every interaction we had at this dealership was excellent and the manager Mark made it very easy. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience looking forward to driving the Van with our new baby that will be here in a few weeks!

I really love these guys at Diehl Dodge Jeep Ram in Moon Twp. They have never done me wrong and had one problem with a vehicle electronics and they went out of their way to make things right. The Service Dept, Sales Dept. and Finance Dept are top notch in my book. These departments are friendly and very knowledgeable at what they do. My recent purchase of a new 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab with a Hemi is just one of the 13 vehicles I have purchased off of Diehl Automotive Group (Moon Twp.). The Sales Manager (Luke) is a great guy and goes out of his way to make sure you're satisfied with your deal and goes out of his way to help if you need that extra push for the financial institution to lower the finance rate. My salesman that I deal with on all the vehicles is Bill Zivic, what a great down-to-earth guy, not pushy and very knowledge about the vehicles specs. On top of that, a member of the service department took the time to gas up and clean my new Jeep and personally congratulate me, which was such a thoughtful touch.
