Mitch and everyone at Diehl were amaizing. I especially extend my thanks to Mitch. He went way far and above to get the jeep to his location for me, and it was perfect. He stayed loyal and checked in often until I was ready to buy. For anyone wanting a new or used car go to Diehl in Moon twp. They are the best and will take great care on your car needs. We went to this dealership to look at a van. When we went in, Mitch greeted us and took our information. He hunted down the van for us but unfortunately it wasn’t at the dealership yet. Mitch was great and managed to get the van to the dealership but unfortunately he was off the next few days of the process. Brandon stepped in and helped us the rest of the way. Brandon was fantastic! He did the test drive and helped process all the paperwork from start to finish. Every interaction we had at this dealership was excellent and the manager Mark made it very easy. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience looking forward to driving the Van with our new baby that will be here in a few weeks!

The people there are nice, explain what is wrong with great detail. Prices can be a little higher than you expect, however overall the service is great. Definitely would recommend this place.

I really love these guys at Diehl Dodge Jeep Ram in Moon Twp. They have never done me wrong and had one problem with a vehicle electronics and they went out of their way to make things right. The Service Dept, Sales Dept. and Finance Dept are top notch in my book. These departments are friendly and very knowledgeable at what they do. My recent purchase of a new 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab with a Hemi is just one of the 13 vehicles I have purchased off of Diehl Automotive Group (Moon Twp.). The Sales Manager (Luke) is a great guy and goes out of his way to make sure you're satisfied with your deal and goes out of his way to help if you need that extra push for the financial institution to lower the finance rate. My salesman that I deal with on all the vehicles is Bill Zivic, what a great down-to-earth guy, not pushy and very knowledge about the vehicles specs. I highly recommend Diehl Dodge Jeep Ram and Chrysler of Moon Township; they will make you feel like family. Give them a try what you got to lose.

Great service unfortunately had to back out of a deal in the works but they were completely understandable.

Drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle and we could not come to terms on price, but the experience was professional, and Mitch was great. Update: Mitch went to bat for me and got me an acceptable deal on the vehicle I looked at the day before. The whole Diehl team were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership.
