Offered very fair trade in on our older Ram, good price on a very nice used Ram, and went out of his way to meet a suitable delivery schedule by holding the used truck we were buying for an additional week (we greatly appreciated that). We have used the service department at Moon in the past and are very pleased with them. They were always up front about the service costs, repairs were made in good time, and they went out of their way to accommodate us. This is a great dealership!

My entire experience at Diehl was great! I had interacted with other truck dealerships but most had a “take it or leave it” attitude. I contacted Diehl about a new truck on their website on Monday evening and Bill Vargo reached out to me within a few minutes to answer any questions I had. We discussed pricing and agreed upon what I felt was an extremely fair price with generous discounts. Bill and I worked together on financing options over the next couple days and I put a small deposit down on the truck to hold it for me. I picked up the truck a few days later and only spent maybe an hour at the dealership. Bill Vargo was the perfect mix of being helpful, responsive and available! I would highly recommend reaching out to Diehl and specifically Bill Vargo if you are in the market for a new truck!
