I keep going back because no other dealership treats you like your suppose to be treated important and listen to what you say. This is a great place to buy a vehicle, the Sales Staff, Service Dept. and Parts department are great to deal with. These departments are friendly and very knowledgeable at what they do. My recent purchase of a new 2026 Dodge Durango GT Hemi is just one of the 12 vehicles I have purchased off of Diehl Automotive Group (Moon Twp.). The Sales Manager (Luke) is a great guy and goes out of his way to make sure you're buying what you want color, interior, electronic packages, and etc. My salesman that I deal with on all the vehicles is Bill Zivic, what a great down-to-earth guy, not pushy and listens to you on what you want and is there for your assistance on your next vehicle purchase. I highly recommend Diehl Dodge Jeep Ram and Chrysler of Moon Township; they will make you feel like family.

Mike, the manager, went above and beyond—he made sure the vehicle I wanted was available before I even came in, helped secure great financing, and stayed in touch whenever Mitch wasn’t available. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in and worked with me online ahead of time, which made everything so much smoother when I arrived to test drive and purchase my Jeep. The whole team felt genuine, honest, and upfront, which I truly appreciated. The finance manager made the process quick and stress-free—no excessive product pushing—and even helped maximize the value of my trade. On top of that, a member of the service department took the time to gas up and clean my new Jeep and personally congratulate me, which was such a thoughtful touch. I was in and out in just about two hours, which is almost unheard of. After more than 40 years of buying cars, I can honestly say this was my best dealership experience. I will definitely be back!
