We have been looking for a particular vehicle for 1.5 years. Autotrader new post of the exact car we wanted. I called immediately and started our pre approval on line through Diehl’s portal. It was a 3.5 hour drive one way, but it was worth every mile. Joe Cartini went above and beyond to help us and it was a blessing. He and their crew were exceptional and made our experience quick and very pleasant. They will be the 1st dealership we check with on future purchases. The whole experience was amazing and we will be telling our friends and family of what services they provided and how much we appreciate them. Quality the product was excellent, he's purchase was excellent. I didn't really get a breakdown or walk around of the vehicle. I since come up with some questions about the specific package and a couple features I found later after the fact. Although I imagine this is not uncommon in a used vehicle where the sales people do not know everything about the vehicle

Bill was not only friendly, but very well informed on the Charger I bought. This is a nice dealership and the quality is there on what they're selling. They're very fair and honest. When I eventually need another vehicle, I'll likely stop here first.

While other dealerships have given me a bad taste at the end of the day, I really enjoyed my experience here. Bill Z was very friendly and just generally a fun guy to talk to. Him and Luke were a great help when I was purchasing my Mazda3.

As our lease ends we were undecided about releasing a new vehicle. We were in once and talked to Luke in 2024 and received great information, but we are older and not sure what we wanted to do. As the year ended we went back and had a great and informative conversation with Bill Zivick. We are happily settled in our new vehicle.
