I found the vehicle that I was interested in at this dealership. I contacted them via email after hours and promptly received a response first thing the next morning. We went to check it out the next day and decided it was what we wanted. Even though we were approved for a loan for a decent interest rate through our credit union they shopped us around and got us a much better rate with another lender. They also gave us a much better trade in for my truck than what I expected. Our overall experience with Deihl of Moon Twp was very good.

These guys are the best! They helped me through the whole process and made sure I understood everything. Austin checked up on me and made sure I had what I needed so I didn’t make a wasted trip because I live 45 minutes from the dealership. Everyone was so helpful and polite. Their professionalism was above and beyond what they had to do. I’m so sorry I forgot the financial guys name but he moved stuff around to make sure my payments were what I needed and could afford with what money I had to put down. My son purchased a brand new Ford truck from Diehl. From start to finish with our salesman Greg to the manager, Lucas they both were extremely friendly, attentive and very helpful. They made us feel valued and respected, answered all of our questions without any pressure at all. They were honest and their price was very fair and competitive. They offer a few extra perks like 1st oil change for free and then free state inspections along with many other which I won't list. I went there this past Saturday by the time I got there it was after 2pm they close at 4 it said well I went to see just what they had this lady was walking in the parking lot ask what was on looking for i told her to see about a new truck a 2500 series so she pointed to this one gentleman an I sat down telling what I was looking for but alot depends on what there going to give for my trucki had 2018 Ram 1500 with only 57000 miles on it I've taken pretty good care of well came back with more then I expected i had all picked out of couple of trucks they had so we went for a ride i was very happy in out it rode an pickup speed it had the salesman was 👍 GREAT I couldn't ask for a better person then what I got Bill was great from 1 to 10 he was eleven he treated me great I've bought alot of new cars in my life time but I was never treated like this NEVER. AN the finance department was nice as well again I couldn't ask for better then what I received...I would recommend them to anybody they were Fantastic so I write alot reviews trust me I would let u know if I was treated badly but not here at all a nice group of people in this building I went back to parts to ask for something they we nice as u can expect them to be great place an great people. I have to admit, this is my first time writing an online review. I was needing to replace my older jeep with one with lower mileage. I was very attached to my jeep so making the decision was difficult, then came Bill Zivic. "shooting the breeze" put me right at ease, Bill listens. His main goal is to make sure you are 100% confident in your decision and with 0% pressure whether you buy or not. Big shout out to the entire Diehl dealership. Very personable group of people, they all make you feel important.
