Real people that listen to you, I had a issue with my 2018 Ram 1500 Big Horn that any experienced mechanic would say that can be happening with the year and 6780 mile on it. Mark the service manager and Ben the shop foreman listen to me and investigated the problem. The results were a warranty repair that would take 12 hours of labor and parts. The mechanic (Jaryl) did an excellent job. He removed the entire dash and center console with no damage and no dirty paw prints anywhere. I would recommend Diehl in Moon Twp. for your automotive service department. Finally a group of people that listen to you and go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of. Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy.
